This is a list of GLOBALLY “suspected” cyberbullies, trolls, spammers, scammers and victimizers, submitted by Members, approved by Moderators.
Our mission is for this site to be the first real deterrent against cyberoffenders. Together we can make safe, what is supposed to be safe.
The Internet is a TOOL, not a weapon.
Why do we bully? What is the intent of a bully? Is it possible to take away the power of a bully? Here at The Bully Index, we aim to delve deep into these problems in order to answer these questions and hopefully come to conclusions that are beneficial to the continued growth of mankind.
We aim to deter these actions by listing and categorizing offenders and their offenses so that you, the general public, will have a standard in place to safely deal with any arising questionable situation.

- Register to the site using an active email.
- Get activated.
- We will then email you.
- If you find offensive content within any of these sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vine, Instagram, and Yahoo) you should send us CURRENT links via email. No other sites will currently be accepted..
Sending us links via email KEEPS YOU SAFE. We will take the burden of responsibility for posting our reply and screenshotting. We will take the risk!
